James Henderson, Esq. obtained his bachelor's degree from Newbold College, England, and his pre-law degree at Loma Linda University, in Southern California. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu, California.

Mr. Henderson has been in private practice for over 25 years. Upon graduation in 1978 he served as an assistant Dean of Loma Linda School of Law in Redlands, California (Unrelated to Loma Linda University School of Medicine). Mr. Henderson moved up to Northern California and entered private practice in 1980.

He is the author of a number of soon to be published manuscripts. These manuscripts include: Terror over Jerusalem: A Clash of Civilizations; Indicted!: A Critique of the Pharmaceutical treatment of Chronic Degenerative Diseases; and The Whisper of the Serpent: A Critical Survey of Science and Medicine from Hippocrates to the 21the Century.
