Settlement by Mediation
Judges Prefer Settlement by Mediation
Settlement by Mediation is often the best, fastest and most
economical approach for achieving a just compensation for
one's injuries. It frees up court room space and judges love
it. The client is spared years in the trial and litigaion
process. In this process the accident attorney and the
insurance company's representative agree to negotiate the
claim before a qualified third party who is called a
